I always thought that winter was bad in Wisconsin. I see that they are getting ice and snow down in Texas and Arkansas. That is just too damn funny! They don’t even have the equipment to deal with that either. Probably no scrapers or plows, no stockpiles of sand and salt. They are just totally screwed. Maybe they can break out the duct tape and plastic wrap, that might help. Yeah right. I see we have set a deadline for war now. Always nice to have this kinda thing on a timetable.
