Ahhh…. Friday. What a bitch of a day it has been. Yesterday it was damn near 50 degrees outside and today it’s less than half that, with highs expected to be around 5 come Monday. See, I always knew Monday sucked, now I have conclusive evidence.
Power surged at work today, lights went on, they went off, they strobed and flickered and the phone system shorted out. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough to close the store and get me outta there early.
What the fuck is up with nightclubs lately? Last week they freaked in Chicago and killed like 20 people, and last night 95 (at time of writing this) in some stage stunt gone wrong. Is this some plot to get us to stop going out partying and drinking?
Terrorists shit… I’m watching out for half rate bands playing with fireworks from now on. Maybe we could get these guys to give a couple free concerts in Iraq, that would take care of some of our problems… OK, maybe not.
