Found this interesting tidbit of news today: For decades, men have routinely been advised to “exercise” their prostate–that is, to ejaculate on a regular basis–to ward off common problems associated with benign enlargement of the prostate. But a new study finds no scientific support for such advice, suggesting the notion is nothing more than a modern medical myth. The findings are published in the March issue of the journal Urology.
