My Dell is getting closer. I checked my status, it should actually either be in my town already or damn close. I don’t know if I will get it today, but if not then definitely tomorrow. The way UPS works sometimes, I could see it being delayed until tomorrow because we don’t get our stuff at work until noon, and that’s where it’s going. Oh well, that’ll give me another day to keep cleaning off this system.
I read in the paper at work yesterday that some people in China are smoking because they think that will ward off SARS. Um, good idea. Won’t you feel triumphant as you die of lung cancer, choking out your last breath saying… “see, at least I didn’t get SARS and die…oh wait, forget that last part.”
I saw that Tommy Chong was arrested and charged with selling drug paraphernalia. No way, not Tommy Chong. Can’t be. Who would have ever suspected someone who starred in such films as Up in Smoke; Still Smokin’; and Nice Dreams would be capable of something like that?
